What are the advantages of SPC?
1. Does not contain formaldehyde
The main source of formaldehyde in the floor is glue, but SPC floor does not require glue. This is due to the material and structure of the SPC floor.
The SPC floor structure is composed of: PUR crystal shield transparent layer, pure PVC wear-resistant layer, rich color film layer, SPC polymer substrate layer, soft and silent rebound layer, etc. The floor base material is made of mineral rock powder and perlite powder mixed with the air to stand for 30 days, natural health preservation, and after mixing with polymer resin, the mineral molecular viscosity of the material itself is stimulated, just like cement and flour. There is no need to use glue, and the high-precision equipment imported from Germany is hot pressed at high temperature to form a stable substrate layer.
The surface layer of the SPC floor is processed by the special process of PUR crystal shield, and the surface heat preservation performance is good, it will not be cold when stepping on it, and the foot feels more comfortable. The floor base material is joined with a flexible and resilient technology layer, which has good flexibility and resilience. It can be repeatedly bent 90 degrees without a problem. You can play on it without worrying about falling pain.
3. Long service life and wear resistance
SPC floor wear-resistant revolutions can reach about 16000 revolutions, or even higher. The steel balls used in our ordinary kitchens have very strong grip, including its friction. You can use the steel balls to scrape directly on the JOKA super floor. You will find that the entire floor surface will not appear. Any scratches, including the lines on the surface, are still very clear. It has super abrasion resistance, impact resistance, is not easy to deform, and has a service life of more than 20 years.
The SPC floor material has natural flame retardancy, and the fireproof level has reached B1 level. 5. Suitable for floor heating, heat preservation and energy saving, no harmful gas
Its stone rock powder substrate layer is the same as mineral rock, with good thermal conductivity and thermal stability, which is very suitable for floor heating. After reaching a certain temperature, the heat is released evenly. Its base material has a flexible and resilient layer, and the wear-resistant layer on the surface can achieve effective heat preservation. The SPC floor itself does not contain formaldehyde and harmful substances, and will not release formaldehyde and harmful gases when exposed to heat.
